I am a life-long athlete and health enthusiast. My passion for health and vitality has been expressed through my work in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Flexibility Therapist over the last decade.

I operate a private training studio in Point Loma, Ca. where I specialize in flexibility and injury prevention as a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist. My clients range from weekend warriors to professional athletes to people of all walks of life.
